1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Celevora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Celevora connects customers with independent event vendors and venues; we facilitate bookings and payments but are not the provider of the underlying event services.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Celevora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to vendor availability and confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely via SSLCommerz, bKash, or Nagad. Celevora does not store your card or mobile banking credentials.
- A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after successful payment.
- Prices shown include the vendor's package fee; any applicable platform fee will be disclosed before checkout.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by individual vendors and displayed on each package page prior to booking. Celevora will process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of an approved cancellation. Celevora reserves the right to mediate disputes between customers and vendors but is not liable for losses arising from vendor non-performance.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors listed on Celevora are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Celevora. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they provide. Celevora reviews vendor applications but does not guarantee the performance of any vendor.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false or misleading information.
- Attempting to circumvent Celevora's payment system to avoid fees.
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward vendors, customers, or staff.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Celevora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celevora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or services booked through it.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
